Redistribution LLC (“Redistribution,” or “We“) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy is meant to assist an individual or entity beneficiary or campaign creator (“Campaign Creator”) who wishes to use our services (“Services”) to raise funds; representative (“Representative”) who desires to use our Services to raise funds on behalf of a beneficiary individual or entity; or sponsor or donor (“Redistributor”) who wishes to provide funds to support the campaign of a Campaign Creator or Representative. Campaign Creator, Representative, or Redistributor is individually or collectively “you” or “user”).
This policy applies to:
• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the Redistribution application (“Redistribution App”) or the website at redistribution.io (“Website”) to use our Services (collectively, the Redistribution App and Website means the “Platform“).
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect through this Platform, emails, text messages, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this Platform.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
• We collect offline or on any other apps or websites, including websites you may access through the Platform.
• You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).
Other third parties may have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE WILL TREAT IT. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this Platform. By downloading the Redistribution App, registering with, or using the Platform, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this Platform after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
The Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect information directly from you to us:
Directly from you when you provide it to us;
and Automatically when you use the Platform.
Information You Provide to Us
By using our Services, you consent to our collection, storage, disclosure, and use of your data. If you are a Representative, you acknowledge and agree that you have or will have the authority and consent of the recipient you represent for us to collect, store, disclose, and use such relevant party’s information.
Information we collect:
Register. When you download, register with, or use this Platform, we may ask you to provide the following personally identifiable information such as your first and last name, age, gender, zip code, email address, telephone number, date of birth, login details (i.e., password) or any information the Platform collects that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under applicable privacy laws (“personal information“).
Campaign Creator and Representative Information. If you are a Campaign Creator or Representative, we collect personal information such as name, email address, payment withdrawal information, photo(s), and a description of the campaign that you wish to be available by the use of our Services.
Redistributor Information. If you are a Redistributor, we may collect personal information such as name, email address, payment information, and any information you choose to provide us.
Withdrawal and Payment Information. If you are a Campaign Creator or Representative, our payment processor, Stripe, collects banking details as well as information that is necessary to set up the withdrawals. If you are a Redistributor, Stripe collects Redistributor’s credit card details and other personal information necessary to process the amount Redistributor desires to redistribute and any processing fees charged by Stripe. As a third-party payment processor, please review Stripe’s privacy policy at http://stripe.com/privacy to know about the information they collect, how they use it, and share your information.
Sensitive information. You can also provide us with information about yourself or other parties that are considered sensitive, such as political opinions, race, ethnicity, health information, gender, or religious beliefs.
Biometric information. We may collect biometric information through vendors for identity verification, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Such information may be a copy of your government-issued ID (i.e., your driver’s license, state ID card, or passport) and a scan of the picture on your valid and unexpired government-issued ID for identification purposes. Our service providers or vendors may, with your consent, employ facial recognition technology to verify your identity and share the results of their analysis with us, if needed.
Correspondences. Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers) if you contact us.
Surveys. Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Public Communications. You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted“) such as the description of the campaign, a bio of the Campaign Creator, the recipient of the funds on public areas of the Platform, or any other information (such as the funds requested by Campaign Creator or Representative or the funds received by the recipient of the funds) (collectively, “User Contributions“). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that unauthorized persons will not view your User Contributions.
Location Information. You may provide your zip code, city, and state of residence that will be used in connection with the campaign.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
When you download, access, and use the Platform, it may use technology (i.e., Internet browser or mobile device information) to automatically collect:
Usage Details. When you access and use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Platform.
Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. The Platform also may access metadata and other information (i.e., photographs) associated with other files stored on your device.
If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Redistribution App or you may delete the Redistribution App from your device. You may opt-out at any time by deleting your Redistribution App. For more information, see Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information.
The Technologies We Use for Automatic Information
Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on a web browser on your device (i.e., smartphone) while browsing a website. It may be possible to refuse to accept such cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Platform.
• Essential Cookies. Some Cookies are strictly necessary to make our Services available to you (such as “Essential Cookies”). Please note that we cannot provide our Services without these Essential Cookies.
• Non-Essential Cookies. We also use Cookies for functional purposes in order to maintain and improve our Services or your experiences, and for marketing purposes (collectively, “Non-Essential Cookies”). Some of the Non-Essential Cookies used are set by us to collect and process certain data on our behalf.

We use Cookies to collect information: to provide the user a better experience using our Platform; to improve how our Platform is being used, and to help us understand what may interest you and personalize your experience accordingly. Third-Party Information Collected. When you use the Platform or its content, our third-party service providers may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. Such third-party service providers may include: advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers; analytic companies; your mobile device manufacturer; and your mobile service provider.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities using your device to browse different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information to:
Provide you with the Platform and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
Communicate with you regarding your account. For example, we may send you a notice to let you know that you have received a redistribution.
Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
Notify you when Platform updates are available, and of changes to any Services we offer or provide though it.
We may use the information we collect to display advertisements to you regarding our Services; however, we do not sell or disclose your personal information to non-affiliated third parties.

Fulfill the purpose for which you provided such information at the time you disclosed such information to us. For example, if you give us an email address of a friend about our Platform, we may transmit the contents of your email and your email address to your friend.

To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Terms & Conditions.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Redistribution, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection.
Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.
Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Platform to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Platform may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotion by Redistribution. If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our new products and services, you can opt-out by sending us an email at [email protected].
Targeted Advertising by Redistribution. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ targetaudience preferences, you can opt-out by email at [email protected].
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
“Do Not Track” (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When enabled, DNT sends a signal to websites requesting that they do not track the user’s browsing activities. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency regarding our tracking practices. However, currently, there is no industry standard or legal requirement for recognizing and responding to DNT signals. As such, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
Residents in certain states, such as California, may have additional personal information rights and choices.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at [email protected] to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users.
Your State Privacy Rights

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Platform.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account.
The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address and/or phone number for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
